5 faves from the wife’s perspective

Hey y’all, I suppose it is time for another guest blog. I decided to give you 5 of Rhett’s favorites.  Hope you enjoy!

 

1. Peanut butter filled cookies. Oh how he loves these! I have been requested to buy 2 packs a week. He started with the Keebler brand but discovered the Great Value (Walmart) brand has more peanut butter in the cookies. I have to say, I have actually learned to love them!

2. the movie “Spinal Tap”.  I really can’t explain this one because I do not get it. I just know he loves the movie. I have seen it and I guess it was funny but, just not my cup of tea.

3.  Butch Walker.  If you know Rhett then this needs no explanation but, for those of you that do not…. Butch is one of Rhett’s greatest musical influences. Since Rhett’s blossoming days as a musician, he has admired the talent and quality of the amazing Butch Walker. He really is great so check him out!

4. Sun Drop. Growing up in Shelby, NC he became addicted to this soft drink. If you come across Rhett at any time in the day you will find a Sun Drop close by. (Sometimes accompanied by a Slim Jim)

5.  Spontaneous Day/Weekend Trips. How blessed am I? My husband loves to surprise us when he isn’t on the road with last minute trips. Recently we have been treated to the Renaissance Festival, Gatlinburg, Science Center, Zoo, museums, Aquariums, the park, and plenty of shopping trips. I have heard that St. Louis, Missouri is in the works.
